Are you a boy or a girl?

"Occam's razor states that the simplest explanation is preferable to one that is more complex. Simple theories are easier to verify. Simple solutions are easier to execute." ~ copied

It's funny how often folks will cite Occam's Razor when faced with what at first might seem like a perplexing issue.  Like all useful tools, however, the "razor" is only as effective as the user is skillful.  Seventeen genders across the "gender spectrum".  Oh brother.  Of course the simple answer is:   "Male and female created he [God] them"  Anything else leaves us in a land of confusion.

How did things get so crazy?  Imagine telling a child "you have seventeen genders to choose from". It's no wonder depression and suicide are rampant.  People grow up asking themselves questions like, "Who am I?  What am I?"  Folks will probably say Occam's Razor is a good thing...well, except when it grates on what they want.  Then it becomes an inconvenience.  I'm not writing to support the use of Occam's Razor; but it does seem to work when applied without prejudice.

"God is not the author of confusion" says the scriptures.  And the moment we move away from the authority of God, confusion is not the only result; fear, insecurity, clear understanding becomes darkened ... confidence is right out the window.  How can anyone have any peace in their life when they can't even look in a mirror and describe the obvious?  The devil is, as we say nowadays, ROFL - rolling on the floor laughing.  To take God's creation, turn it upside down and inside out is surely something the enemy is proud of.

Even in mathematics, the instructions often say, "Simplify".  The idea of moving from a more complex expression to a simpler one is usually excepted without argument.  When people ask me how many children I have, I do NOT answer, "One plus one plus one."  No, I say, "Three."  Simple.

There are NOT seventeen genders, of course.  To refuse to embrace what you obviously are, is rebellion; rebellion against plain sense, logic, reason; and yes, against the God who made us.

So, what happens to people in this respect?  The enemy all day, every day, floats these lies out into the world.  And the undiscerning, the naive, the gullible, etc accept it either because they are ignorant of the truth, or they heard the truth and rejected it.  What follows is chaos, anarchy, etc.

Finally, one day, a woman, who should identify as a woman, suffers from depression, and she comes to believe that if she was a man she would not be depressed; that she would be happy.  So then she embraces being a man.  Perhaps she undergoes surgery - mutilates her body, because she has come to believe her problem has something to do with her gender.  Problem solved, right?  No, the depression does not go away.  So, what does she do?  She goes into a church and shoots children.  And all because people who don't know who and what they are become fodder for the devil.

Yes, if you refuse the identity God gives, the devil will only be too glad to assign you another one.  And he'll tell you, "There, there now.  Obviously God made a mistake with you.  No need to fret.  We have just the right gender for you."  More lies, more confusion, disillusionment, etc.

The same people who argue in favor of a “gender spectrum” would find themselves liberated if they would except the simple explanation God offers:  “He created them male and female.”  Simple.  If you were to take the argument to absurdity, imagine an individual objecting to being created a human being, deciding that he is actually…a dog.  Wouldn’t you find it amusing that while a person can’t decide what gender he is, he knows of a certainty that he’s NOT a dog…obviously.  The truth is, isn’t it equally obvious that a human being is either male or female?
